Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing outpatient psychiatry practice in Naperville. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based mental health care and is passionate about serving a diverse patient population.

This is a full-time hybrid position, offering the flexibility to provide both in-person and telehealth services while maintaining a flexible schedule. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively serve our bilingual patients.

We offer a competitive salary starting at 60000.00 to $100,000 per year, with compensation negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care.
• Utilize motivational interviewing and other therapeutic techniques to help clients achieve their treatment goals.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and professional standards.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety assessments, and appropriate referrals when necessary.
• Document services using the practice's electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Current Illinois licensure as an LCPC or LCSW is required.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient or behavioral health setting preferred.
• Experience providing evidence-based psychotherapy.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
