Awesome therapy practice in Santa Rosa seeking one full-time Associate Therapists (AMFT/ APCC/ ASW). Recent graduates are encouraged to apply! Clients will include children, teens, and adults.

Position Description:

Our full-time clinician will have a caseload of 20 clients with days in the office to choose from Mon-Sun. Most clinicians work four days and have three days off in a row.

• Manage a caseload of weekly clients
• Experience working with youth and families (preferred)
• Experience with intake and diagnosis (preferred)
• Knowledge of current legal and ethical guidelines
• Excellent time management, including timely completion of daily clinical charting
• Comfort using electronic health record and technology (paperless office)
• Ability to work well independently and maintain a high degree of professionalism
