Position Summary
The Associate Therapist will provide direct and supervised outpatient therapy services to patients across a range of mental health conditions. This role is ideal for a clinician early in their career who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and eager to grow within a collaborative and innovative clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed approaches, etc.).
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other providers to coordinate holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Participate in weekly clinical supervision and case consultation meetings.
- Assist in developing individualized treatment plans and updating progress regularly.
- Support patients in navigating treatment options, including advanced interventions like ketamine-assisted therapy, when appropriate.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and uphold professional ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
- Current state licensure (LMSW, LMFT Associate, LPC-Associate, or equivalent).
- Experience with diverse populations and a broad range of mental health conditions preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to professional growth and openness to feedback.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
- Knowledge or interest in psychedelic-assisted or infusion-based treatments.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
