Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to clients
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Provide crisis management and support during emergency situations
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field
- Associate Social Worker (ASW) or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT)
- Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques, interventions, and DSM-5 criteria
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
- Bilingual- Fluency in Spanish is required in order to conduct sessions in Spanish
