Associate Therapist

Cultivate Wellness Collective is a boutique psychotherapy practice providing counseling to adolescents, adults, couples, and families throughout California.

We are currently seeking an Associate Therapist who is clinically strong, highly motivated, and interested in growing within a collaborative private practice environment. This is a great fit for a clinician who values autonomy, flexibility, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to develop both clinically and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Coordinate care with outside providers and referral sources as appropriate

• Participate in weekly clinical supervision and consultation

• Maintain ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice

• Manage scheduling and caseload responsibilities efficiently

• Contribute positively to the growth and culture of the practice

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field

• Active California Associate registration as an AMFT, APCC, or ASW

• Eligible to provide telehealth services throughout California

• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality client care

• Comfortable utilizing technology and electronic health records

Preferred Qualifications

• 1,000+ accrued clinical hours toward licensure

• Prior private practice experience

• Experience independently managing an outpatient caseload

• Experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 20.0 per week
