Associate Therapist (AMFT) | In-Person – Los Gatos, CA

Silicon Valley Therapy is a private-pay group counseling practice in Los Gatos. We are hiring Associate Therapists to build a caseload of individuals, couples, and teens inside a practice built to develop clinicians.

Your caseload comes to you. We handle the marketing, intake, initial scheduling, and billing. You do therapy.

If you are an AMFT with an active California BBS registration and want to see at least 15 client sessions per week, with a path to full-time, we would like to hear from you.

What we are looking for

• Active California BBS registration as an AMFT, in good standing
• You welcome direct feedback and put it to work. Coaching and skill practice are how we train here.
• You are curious and self-directed. You read, research, and bring questions rather than waiting for answers.
• You own your part. When something does not go the way you want, you first look at what you would do differently.
• You are organized. You keep your caseload, your notes, and your tracking up to date without being chased.
• You care about being excellent at this, and you want to be developed. You are looking for training and coaching, not just a place to accrue hours.
• You have regular evening and weekend availability to see clients.
