We are a growing, quality-driven group practice seeking an Associate Therapist who values collaboration, ethical care, timely documentation, and professional growth.

What You Can Expect

• Hybrid schedule (in-person and telehealth)
• Full-time position with a target caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week
• Consistent weekly schedule within practice operating hours (Monday–Friday)
• Individual and group clinical supervision
• Administrative and billing support
• Professional, collaborative work environment
• SimplePractice EHR provided
• Clear documentation expectations with timely completion of clinical records

Compensation

• Clinical Rate: $32–$45 per clinical hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Administrative Rate: $18 per hour for approved administrative duties
• Estimated Annual Earnings: Approximately $48,000–$65,000, depending on caseload and hours worked

Ideal Candidate

• Registered AMFT, ASW, or APCC in California
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Interest in trauma-informed care and TF-CBT is a plus
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
• Ethical, dependable, and committed to professional growth
• Enjoys working collaboratively within a team environment
