Associate Mental Health Therapist

Mills Wellness Group | San Carlos & Menlo Park, CA

Mills Wellness Group is seeking an Associate Mental Health Therapist to join our growing group practice in San Carlos, California. We are looking for a clinician who enjoys working collaboratively, wants to continue developing strong clinical skills, and is interested in building a consistent caseload.

This is a hybrid in-person clinical position serving children, teens, adults, and/or families.

We have a high population of Spanish speaking clients, so fluency in Spanish is required.

Position Requirements

• Current California AMFT, APCC, or ACSW registration
• Spanish-speaking ability REQUIRED
• Availability to provide a minimum of 3 days in-person in San Carlos or Menlo Park
• Availability during afternoon/evening hours, including approximately 2:00–8:00 PM
• Ability to maintain a consistent weekly schedule
• Interest in working with children, adolescents, adults, and/or families
• Strong communication, documentation, and professional follow-through

Applicants must already have an active California associate registration number. We are not currently able to hold positions for applicants awaiting registration.

Caseload & Schedule

Clinicians are expected to work toward a consistent caseload of approximately 25 or more scheduled clients per week for full time. Applicants should have sufficient availability to accommodate afternoon and evening appointments, when demand is highest.

This position includes a significant in-person component at both our San Carlos and Menlo Park office. Please consider the commute and schedule requirements before applying.

Compensation

Compensation is based on completed clinical sessions and experience. Under 15 weekly appointments $50/ full hour. 15 or more $60/full hour.

Additional benefits and stipends are available based on employment status and eligibility.

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
