About the role

Hogg Therapy Pediatrics is growing! In January 2027, we plan to expand our services to include mental health support for our HTP families!

We are seeking a compassionate, growth-minded associate-level mental health therapist who is passionate about helping children thrive. This position is open to candidates with one of the following Kentucky credentials:

  • Certified Social Worker (CSW)
  • Marriage and Family Therapy Associate (MFTA)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA)

HTP will provide the clinical supervision needed for associate-level licensure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide developmentally appropriate mental health assessments and therapy services to children and adolescents
  • Engage parents and caregivers as meaningful partners in the treatment process
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client’s needs
  • Use evidence-based and play-based approaches appropriate for the pediatric population
  • Complete timely, accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with HTP’s occupational, physical and speech therapy teams when appropriate
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with Kentucky licensing requirements
  • Participate in supervision, team meetings and professional development
  • Help establish effective processes as HTP expands into mental health services

Qualifications

  • Active or eligible Kentucky credential as a CSW, MFTA or LPCA
  • Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling or a related field
  • Passion for working with children, adolescents and families
  • Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills
  • Commitment to family-centered, compassionate care
  • Willingness to receive clinical supervision and continue growing professionally
  • Pediatric or family therapy experience

Compensation

  • $50,000–$60,000 annually for full-time employment, based on credentials and experience
  • Part-time compensation will be based on schedule and caseload
  • Contractor compensation will be discussed based on the agreed-upon structure
  • Clinical supervision provided at no cost
