You will be working in our beautiful Long Beach / Belmont Shore office and secondarily in our Newport Beach location.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is eager to grow into a strong, capable therapist on their path to licensure. You value in-person therapy while also embracing telehealth, and you’re driven to make a difference in the lives of others. A belief in diversity and inclusivity is a must, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy both in-person and via secure telehealth platforms.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EHR system.
• Collaborate with a team of dedicated clinical professionals.
• Uphold professional and ethical standards, including strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or social work.
• Current BBS registration number.
• At least 1 year of experience in individual/outpatient counseling.
• Desire to work with kids and couples, in addition to adults and adolescents
• Willingness to work on Saturdays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in couples counseling.
• Willingness to work with children aged 5–17.
