Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (Sexual Trauma Emphasis)

POSITION TITLE

ASSOCIATE MARRIAGE & FAMILY THERAPIST (SEXUAL VIOLENCE EMPHASIS)

• Compensation: $50 per clinical hour / $20 per administrative hour
• Schedule: Details discussed upon interview (Must be available 2 evenings a week)
• Location: In-person position
• Start Date: Summer, 2026

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide individual psychotherapy to survivors, families/couples, and allies impacted by trauma
• Perform assessment, treatment planning, ongoing documentation, and termination services
• Maintain accurate and current patient records and scheduling
• Attend and participate in weekly individual supervision
• Collaborate with outside providers (e.g., psychiatrists, outpatient programs, parents, etc.) as needed
• Maintain a minimum of 12 individual client hours ( Maximum 18 client caseload)
• Co-facilitate one support group per quarter as available
• Co-facilitate in one community training per quarter as available
• Participate in monthly consultation group (LUNA) as available

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Registered AMFT with the Board of Behavioral Science
• At least two years experience working with sexual trauma, domestic violence, and/or social justice programs
• Desire to specialize in treating the intersectional impacts of sexual violence
• Experience and practice in psychodynamic/attachment-based psychotherapy
• Passionate, collaborative, and devoted professional to join our focused team
