Associate Therapist – O’Neill Counseling

O’Neill Counseling was founded four years ago by my husband and me. Our practice provides therapy to a diverse range of clients, including children, families, couples, individuals, and older adults.

We are currently looking to add an Associate Therapist who is working toward licensure and needs to accrue supervised clinical hours.

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of approximately 16–17 clients.
• Provide therapy to children, families, couples, individuals, and/or older adults based on clinical fit and referral needs.
• Be available to work both Saturdays and Sundays, as weekend availability is an important part of this position.
• Attend individual and/or group supervision, either in person or remotely, as scheduled.
• Complete all clinical documentation and therapy notes accurately and within required timeframes.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the O’Neill Counseling team.
• Participate actively in supervision and continue developing clinical skills toward licensure.

Compensation

Therapists are compensated for scheduled sessions that result in a no-show or late cancellation, according to the practice’s cancellation policy.

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
