Associate Licensed Therapist or Graduate Student for Practice Support

Comprehensive Mental Health Solutions is a private integrated practice in Milford offering therapy and psychiatric care to adults, teens and children. We're looking for an associate licensed clinician or a current graduate student interested in professional development and clinical work.

What you'll do

If you carry an associate license you will carry a caseload of therapy clients under clinical supervision, with flexibility to build your hours around your own schedule. Beyond client work, you'll pitch in on whatever the practice needs day to day: keeping shared spaces in order, helping with supplies, or other tasks that come up. It's a chance to see the business side of a practice up close, not just the therapy room.

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled in a graduate program in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field (with practicum or internship eligibility), or a recent graduate holding an associate license (LMSW, LPCA, or LMFTA) in Connecticut
• Comfortable working with a general adult population
• Flexible, reliable availability
• Genuine interest in private practice
