Responsibilities include:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for patients, utilizing evidence-based systemic therapeutic techniques.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide case management services, including coordinating with other healthcare professionals and community resources.
• Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment interventions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with clinical team.
• Conduct research and stay current with advancements in the field of systemic and psychodynamic modals of therapy.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience in psychodymic and systemic models of therapy.
• Experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families in a therapeutic setting.
• Proficiency in providing trauma-informed care
• Excellent case management skills, including coordinating services and resources.
• Familiarity with medical documentation standards, including ICD-10 coding.
• Ability to conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Competence in conducting individual and group counseling sessions.
• Strong understanding of psychodymaic and systemic models of therapy.

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Licensened Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families achieve optimal mental health.
