Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate clinician to provide individual, family, and/or group therapy services. The ideal candidate is organized, ethical, client-focused, and committed to professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling services
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
• Participate in supervision and staff meetings (as applicable)

Qualifications

• Active license (LPC, LMSW, ALC, or equivalent) in the state of Alabama
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $25.00 - $60.00 per hour
