Associate Eating Disorder Therapist (ASW/ AMFT/ APCC)
LKG Psychotherapy & Coaching
About the role
LKG Psychotherapy & Coaching is a small private practice supporting individuals, couples and families (16+) navigating eating disorders, perinatal mental health and ADHD. We are small, values-driven, and hands-on and are looking for an Associate (ASW, AMFT, APCC) to see 4-6 clients a week.
We especially love working with associates who bring a rich, diverse background — including experience in another career before becoming a therapist — it adds depth, perspective, and real-world understanding to the therapy room.
If you are motivated, curious, and ready to grow, this is a great place to build your skills and your caseload with plenty of support.

- Keep thoughtful, timely documentation and coordinate care with outside providers

- Clinical experience or strong interest treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders
- Training in EMDR, TRM, SE, or perinatal specialization (PMH-C or in progress)
- Interest in adult ADHD/executive-function coaching or college/young-adult work
- Comfort collaborating with concierge medical teams
- Bilingual (English/Farsi or other language)—not required but warmly welcomed

- Weekly clinical supervision and business mentorship (including the ethics of private-pay practice, referral generation, branding, and gentle marketing)
