What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements
- Licensed Therapist: Hold a valid license in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy or psychology from the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
- Experience & Expertise: Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices, documentation and diagnosing.
- Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centered care.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
- Technology Knowledge: Has knowledge and ability to use Google Suite and JaneApp.
- Collaborative Schedule: Has the ability to see a minimum of 12 clients a week.
- EMDR Training or Certification
- Trauma Experience or desire to work with trauma survivors
