New Beginnings Christian Counseling is a growing Christian private practice in Yorba Linda, California. We integrate biblical truth with evidence-based clinical care and are passionate about helping Christian clinicians develop their God-given gifts while building sustainable careers in private practice.
We are looking for a motivated, teachable, and faith-oriented associate therapist who wants to develop strong clinical skills, gain experience in private practice, and become part of a supportive Christian professional community.

- Growth opportunities: Opportunities to develop specialties and gain experience with different populations and clinical concerns.

- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- A committed Christian who is comfortable practicing within a Christian counseling framework.
- Comfortable incorporating prayer and Scripture into therapy when clinically appropriate.
- Teachable, motivated, dependable, and receptive to feedback.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interested in developing clinical skills and growing professionally.
- Trauma-informed experience or interest preferred.
- EMDR training or interest in trauma work preferred.
- Prior experience working with children, teens and families preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Willing to provide in-person services at our Yorba Linda office at least 2 days per week, including an evening.
Compensation
Associates are compensated for clinical hours as well as eligible administrative responsibilities related to client care and practice operations.
Administrative responsibilities may include responding to potential client inquiries, consultation calls, client-centered advocacy, and other appropriate practice-related responsibilities.
