Adult/Geriatric Psychotherapist

Role Description

We are recruiting for a flexible on-site and telehealth position for a therapist specializing in mood and adjustment disorders. Based in Westborough, the therapist will provide mental health counseling for adults and geriatric adults, many with comorbid medical or neurological concerns. The clinician should be comfortable working in medically integrated settings, skilled in evidence-based psychotherapy, and able to tailor treatment to cognitive, health, and functional limitations. The role involves close collaboration with a multidisciplinary neurology team to support patient progress, adjustment, and overall well-being.

Compensation is offered as a fee-split, with compensation dependent on degree and experience. Benefits are offered for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Counseling and Mental Health support
• Knowledge of Medicine, specifically in areas related to health, geriatric, and sleep disorders
• Ability to work closely with a multidisciplinary team to tailor care plans
• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology or related field preferred
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a social worker or Psychologist in Massachusetts
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in health psychology, geriatric populations, or sleep disorders is preferred

Pay: $50.00 - $115.00 per hour
