All Mind Health is a client-centered psychological services practice providing compassionate, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families throughout California.Our practice utilizes solution-focused approaches, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), trauma-informed care, and creative modalities such as Geek/Superhero Therapy.As an independent contractor, you can focus on clinical care while All Mind Health provides operational support including marketing, credentialing, EHR fees, billing, and telehealth technology.

Position Overview & Priority SpecialtiesWe are seeking self-motivated, quality-driven licensed clinicians to join our practice as 1099 Independent Contractors.We are particularly interested in clinicians with specialized training or certification in one or more of the following areas:

• Pediatric and Family Therapy, including PCIT and specialized child modalities
• Sleep and Behavioral Medicine, including CBT-I and Imagery Rehearsal Therapy
• Trauma and PTSD, including EMDR, CPT, PE, and somatic approaches
• Couples and Relational Therapy, including Gottman Method and EFT

Schedule & Location Flexibility

• 100% Remote Telehealth: Provide services to clients throughout California
• In-Office Access: Dedicated office space available at our Aliso Viejo location, 15 Enterprise, Suite 250, Friday through Monday
• Flexible Caseload: No arbitrary minimum hour requirements. You determine your availability and schedule.
• Maintain independent clinical judgment and autonomy in the delivery of professional services

Compensation & Growth Structure

• Initial Compensation: 60% commission split applied uniformly to net collected revenue from insurance reimbursements and out-of-pocket/private-pay services
• Private-Pay Rates: Clients may be seen at private-pay rates of up to $200 to $250+ per session, as applicable
• Annual Escalation: Eligible for a 5% increase annually based on tenure, with a maximum split of 70%
• Caseload Support: Full schedule build-out support with a target client ramp-up within 30 to 60 days

Practice SupportAll Mind Health provides:

• EHR platform fees
• Billing software
• Telehealth technology
• Credentialing support under existing insurance panels, including TriCare, TriWest, and Cigna
• Specialty assessment tools as needed
• Marketing and caseload development support

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized, evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups
• Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations as clinically appropriate
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including intakes, progress notes, and treatment plans
• Coordinate care with other clinicians, referral sources, and care providers as appropriate
• Exercise independent professional judgment and clinical decision-making
• Maintain compliance with all applicable ethical, legal, licensing, and professional standards

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (PhD or PsyD), or Master's degree (MFT or CSW)
• Active, unrestricted California clinical license
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based practice
• Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and/or groups
• Specialized training or experience in one or more of the priority specialties preferred
• Comfortable providing telehealth services
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other professionals
• Professional liability insurance with $1M/$3M limits

Independent Contractor Arrangement

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position, not an employee position.

Contractors maintain independent clinical judgment and responsibility for the manner and means of providing professional services.Contractors are responsible for maintaining their professional license, credentials, liability insurance, and other requirements applicable to independent practice. Compensation is provided according to the terms of the independent contractor agreement.
